services sold through the business. As a Unicity Distributor, you

 earn 

income based on the amount of sales generated by you and your 

extended business team. You may build your business at your 

own 

pace, although there are benefits to building your business as 

quickly 

as possible. The most successful Distributors focus on expanding 

their 

network while adding to their business base over time.

• Income Streams

There are eight different income streams available to each Unicity 

Distributor:

(Each income stream is earned as you achieve specific volume 

(sales) levels through your Distributorship.)

1. Retail Profit 5. Infinity Bonus

• Retail Profit

Simply purchase products at wholesale prices and sell at retail 

prices. 

You keep the profit. Retail Customer prices generate a profit 

margin of 

30% to 50%.

• Personal Rebate

You are eligible for a monthly 5% Personal Rebate—beginning

 in 

your second month as a Distributor—once your Personal 

Volume (PV) 

reaches at least 50 points. If your PV reaches or exceeds 500 

points in a given month, your Personal Rebate will increase to 

30% for that month.     

• Fast Start Bonus

— Manager Fast Start Bonus—Available to Managers and higher Ranks.  

The quickest way to qualify for the Manager FSB is to place an initial 

product order of 500 PV. You may also qualify for the Manager FSB by 

expanding your business to at least 500 Team Volume (TV) with 50 PV 

in a single Month. If you become a Distributor on the 25th of the month 

or later, you may use PV or TV generated in the subsequent month 

to reach the 500 TV requirement. If you use the second month, you 

must also have a 50 PV order for that month.

— Jr. Manager Fast Start Bonus—Available to Jr. Managers.               

To qualify as a Jr. Manager, you must reach at least 250 TV, with 50 

PV in a single Month.

Level 1 of the FSB is paid to the Enroller. Level 2 is paid to the 

Enroller’s Sponsor. The eight Infinity Shares of 3% are paid to the 

Upline from that point, starting with the first  Sr. Manager or  above.

Fast Start Bonus will be paid on the first month purchase of the new distributor instead of joining month

FSB - Level 1  will be paid, Distributor 5%, Jr. Manager 10% Manager 25%

FSB - Level 2 will be paid, Distributor/Jr. Manager/Manager - 3% each Sr Manager and Director   ranks are included or FSB

FSB – Sr. Manager up to Diamond will be paid 3% each.

• Director lifestyle bonus is renamed as TBB ( Team Builder Bonus)

TBB Rule – 

Advance to and maintain a rank for 2 out of 3 consecutive months. Sr. Manager – 25,000 INR for 2 months achievement. Director – 90,000 INR for 2 months achievement.Sr. Director – 1,25,000 INR for 2 months achievement.Ex. Director – 2,00,000 INR for 2 months achievement. Personal Rebate - 5% up to 499 PV ; 30% 500 PV & above.

Rank Maintenance Bonus Director –10,000  INR for 12 months,Sr. Director – 15,000  INR for 12 month,Ex. Director – 20,000 INR  for 12 months,Sr Manager rank requirement – min 2 legs @ 500 OV, 40% OV to come from outside the largest leg.

Unicity Distributionship

Success of any distributorship depends on the amount 

of product or services sold through the 

distributorship. As a Unicity Distributor, you earn income

 based on the amount of sales generated by you and your

 extended business Team. You may build your Team at 

your own pace although there are benefits to building 

your team as quickly as possible. The most successful

 Distributors focus on expanding their team while adding

 to their customer base over time.

Product Points

Each Unicity product is assigned a certain

 point level. The points are used to calculate 

the amount the Distributor earns on the volume 

of product that is purchased through their 

business or through their expanded team. 

The points are commonly referred to as 

commission volume points, bonus points or

 product points. The aggregation of these 

points at each level of team development

 impacts your ability to maximize earnings. 

The following terms and respective calculations will

 be used to determine your eligibility for earnings:

1. Personal Volume (PV) - the number of points 

generated by your personal purchases and the 

purchases of your direct customers in a calender month.

2. Group Volume (GV) - the number of points generated 

by the following in a calender month.

• • Personal Volume (PV)
  • Points for first-month orders of new distributors 
  • that you enroll
  • Monthly volume points of a distributor that is 
  • sponsored frontline to you and that has not 
  • 
    
  • yet become a Manager

  3. Organizational Volume (OV) - total number of 

points generated by you and your entire 

team in a calender month.

4. Leq Volume - total number of points in a

 leg beginning 

with a frontline Distributor in a calender month
