Dear Unicity distributors,
This year was another tremendous success for Unicity and for you. We opened new offices in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Laos. We saw expansion in each of our other markets. I personally visited with many wonderful distributors around the world, and we also had some of our top distributors visit our global headquarters throughout the year.
The highlight for me in 2012 was seeing thousands of you, my Unicity partners, gathered for the Global Leadership Convention this past September in Korea. The convention’s theme—“Live Your Dreams with Unicity”—is a perspective I hope we keep with us through 2013 and beyond.
From the stage in Korea, I shared the formula for success I’ve been using since 22 years old. It takes time and it takes persistence; but if you follow it, you can have anything you want in the world.
At least twice each day, read a clear, sensory-rich statement you have written that has: 1) Your name
2) What you’re going to do
3) Where you’re going to do it
4) When you’re going to do it, and most importantly,
5) What is going to happen when you make your goal come true.
As you persistently review your statement you’ll find yourself living into this experience you have described on paper. The more you exercise your imagination to make it come to life in your mind, the more real it becomes in the real world. The more emotional you make the statement, the more real it becomes. The more senses you employ in the statement, the more real it becomes. You want to see it. You want to hear it. You want to smell it, touch it, and taste it. As it distills into your subconscious mind you will notice yourself changing to become the kind of person who is entitled to the success you have stated as your desired goal. This process works if you are persistent and consistent in using it exactly as I have described it.
In the fall of 2014 we’ll be having another Global Convention, this time in Bangkok, Thailand. While that’s still 22 months away, if you want to be part of the Chairman’s Club—which you should—and if you want to be up on stage sharing your insights with thousands of Unicity distributors—which you should—you need to start working
toward those goals today.

At the 2010 Global Convention, Mr. Jin Hee Park, from Korea, was a Presidential Ruby. Mr. Park told me then he was committed to being recognized at the highest level. By the Global Leadership Convention in 2012, he had earned Crown Diamond, Unicity’s highest rank. Mrs. Jin Ok Lee was also a Presidential Ruby in 2010, and walked across the stage as a Crown Diamond in 2012. The stories of all Unicity’s top leaders contain a very similar thread. Their journeys all began with a dream.
So even if you just joined Unicity today, you can—with the right dream and the right formula—be part of an elite group of distributors when we gather again in Thailand in 2014. And if you’re already well into the business, there’s no reason you can’t be enjoying all the benefits of the Chairman’s Club by 2014. The most exciting aspect of your business is that you are your own President, Chairman, and CEO. You are in charge of your own destiny. When you change for the better, your business will change too!
We have some exciting new developments already planned for 2013, and we have much more coming. There has never been a more thrilling time to be with Unicity.
