NEW COMPENSATION PLAN

Dear Unicity Distributor,

We are pleased to announce the changes to the Career Compensation Plan basis feedback from the Leaders. We believe the changes will benefit the Unicity distributors to build their business better and earn more incomes.

Please note the below changes  which will be effective November 2012 commission month. The highlights of the plan changes are:


·         TV has been reduced from 500 to 200 TV
·         Fast Start Bonus will be paid on the first month purchase of the new distributor instead of joining month
·         FSB - Level 1  will be paid, Distributor 5%, Jr. Manager 10% Manager 25%
·         FSB - Level 2 will be paid, Distributor/Jr. Manager/Manager - 3% each
·          Sr Manager and Director ranks are included or FSB
·         FSB – Sr. Manager up to Diamond will be paid 3% each.
·         Director lifestyle bonus is renamed as TBB ( Team Builder Bonus)
·         TBB Rule – Advance to and maintain a rank for 2 out of 3 consecutive months.
·         Sr. Manager – 25,000 INR for 2 months achievement.
·         Director       –  90,000 INR for 2 months achievement.
·         Sr. Director – 1,25,000 INR for 2 months achievement.
·         Ex. Director – 2,00,000 INR for 2 months achievement.
·         Personal Rebate - 5% up to 499 PV ; 30% 500 PV & above
·         Rank Maintenance Bonus
ü  Director –       10,000  INR for 12 months
ü  Sr. Director – 15,000  INR for 12 months
ü  Ex. Director – 20,000 INR  for 12 months
·         Sr Manager rank requirement – min 2 legs @ 500 OV, 40% OV to come from outside the largest leg.
